Gifting her faithful C-Squad with live renditions of past and future hits (‘Ride’, ‘Promise’, and ‘Sorry’ to name a few), Cici showed up and showed out – wowing fans with her high octane choreography as mentor L.A. Reid looked on from the crowd.

Ciara has potential to be best performer odf her generation BUT Beyonce does better shows because ……………. jut like MJ with Beyonce every song has a well produced performance …. almost like a broadway show ….. that is what Beyonce learned from MJ ……

I disagree, Ci don’t need all of that. She need to start were she at now and work up. Although Bey can do a show with or without all the lights and tricks. I like that Ci is raw. She’ll get there, but she gonna have to start from the bottom, but that’s good for urban music.
Usually her performances are large-scale but this was an intimate show for myspace sponsored by 5gum – sort of like rihanna’s 777 tour

Ciara is a great performer but this here wasn’t her best. it was a bit sluggish. I’m not saying this was a horrible show but her performance is usually better

Anyway, Ciara is that b**** now. You can definitely see her growth as an artist and as a performer, and that’s how it’s supposed to be. Artists aren’t suppose to plateau. You’re suppose to see their growth especially after 7 years and 7 albums, but as some artist have proven, growth isn’t necessary . Glad to see Ciara, like Beyonce, has chosen to work her way to the top rather than rely on controversy, gimmicks, and domestic violence.
If Ciara can start selling albums again, she can definitely be the next Janet Jackson.

I love Ciara. I love that she’s stuck at her endeavours to be a successful artist as she was in former years. I do get irritated by some of the disjointed actions by her/ her team though. Small details would really help her get ahead, for instance simultaneous music releases in the states and the uk, because she’s just left her uk fans hanging till December, while she could be racking up support/excitement in the uk. Also feel like she needs a new stylist/ or wardrobe budget, I swear what’s she’s wearing here is what she wore on her Got Me Good video/previous performances and its not good enough.
