Famous Dex dropped some big names during his arrest. The rapper claimed he was performing with Future and Playboi Carti when police took him into custody on domestic battery charges.

The arrest occurred in Las Vegas on August 23. Body cam footage shows Dex and the officer sharing a rapport, fist-bumping numerous times.
Dex claimed he was performing at the MGM Grand Garden Arena that night. He told the officer he was set to perform with Future and Playboi Carti. However, as TMZ points out, Carti was performing in Ireland at the time, while Future did not have a scheduled concert.
Dex insisted he did nothing wrong and claimed there was no physical altercation. He also asked to return to his hotel room to retrieve his belongings.
Police allege Dex scratched and poked the victim, influencer Pam Rodriguez, the day before his arrest. Rodriguez had previously accused Dex of giving her a black eye and busted lip after punching her in the face.
Dex has denied all allegations.
The case remains ongoing, with few updates since the initial arrest and release of the body cam footage.
