Published: Saturday 12th Jan 2013 by David

Bruno Mars showcased the best of himself for ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live‘ once more yesterday, hitting the lively spot for a performance designed to put a smile on your face.

Sure, while we’d always opt for the traditional version of his new single ‘Locked Out Of Heaven’, last night saw him deliver a Reggae flavored version of the joint and the fan favorite ‘Treasure’.

Mr. Mars awaits you below…

You have no room to talk. You stan for Riherpes, a b**** who can’t write lyrics, dance, or sing.

      • COLE January 12, 2013

You’re coming for me when you stan for GaGa and Lana, whilst hating on one of the most SUPREME TQLENTS to ever grace the industry – Mrs LEGENDriah ICONrey?

I suggest you take a seqt. I’m not here for your EOUBLE STANDARDS at all.

        Good Day.

I respect Mariah’s artistry and hustle. I know she was a great vocalist back in the day and the world may never see talent like that again but she is too much of a shady b**** for my liking. I am not oblivious to talent just because I dont like the artist!
But on the other hand, for you to stan for Rihanna and roll your eyes at real talent like Bruno Mars is questionnable. I know I said I dont like him as much now but the man is still talented, unlike the goat you stan for.

Im not sure why but I just dont like Bruno anymore as much as I did when he first debuted. I feel like he’s blending in more & more with mainstream radio as opposed to standing out but that may just be me.

“Treasure” one of my fav. songs on the album, The King of Pop is still inspiring new generation of kids, he’s still alive, Michael Jackson 1958-Forever…

Love him, the writers have a crush on Bruno because they keep picking the most s*** pictures to post.

Loved it. I like the original version of LOOH but I appreciate the efforts with the arrangements, it’s also cool to see him playing the guitar.
I was definitely here for Treasure, probably the best song in his album!

Honestly….this guy is just so overrated.all his singles shoot to top 10 in no time….his singing and songwriting is average at best.Anyway i’ll await Maxwell’s and John Legend’s new music

    • T.K. January 15, 2013

Maxwell and John Legend are amazing vocalists, no doubt about that, but in terms of song-writing (and I’m not referring to his first album because I wasn’t a huge fan of that), he’s written and produced great songs for Cee-Lo (e.g. the ‘F*ck You’ song), Brandy, Lloyd, Alicia Keys (i.e. Tears Always Win), Natasha Bedingfield, Melanie Fiona, K’naan, etc; and his new album’s really good.

I loved it. Another solid performance from Bruno

  8. Empress B January 12, 2013

He is so corny. Only thing he’s good for is ripping off MJ or The Police. Timberlake and Maxwell >>>>

    • T.K. January 15, 2013

How the hell was he ripping them off? Sting’s friends with Bruno and he got him to play at his concert, and Stewart Copeland praised the song as well. And LOL at the MJ reference- pretty much all R&B artists use MJ as inspiration (and none of Bruno’s songs have ripped off MJ’s material, in terms of chords or melody). Funny you say that, as Timberlake (who I love, mind you!) and Usher were referred to as MJ-wannabes several times in the past. Maxwell sh*ts on both of them vocally, but Bruno’s a better vocalist (he was signed to Motown in the past) and instrumentalist than Justin.
