Spawning two US #1 singles with ‘Crazy In Love‘ & ‘Baby Boy’, this week saw its younger sister ‘I Am…Sasha Fierce’ hit the 3,047,761 in the US mark after its November 14th 2008 launch date and now enjoys global sales of 7 million copies sold.
Thus far, Beyonce holds five US #1 albums, 9 #1 singles and combined global sales of 50 million when her work in Destiny’s Child is added to her discography.
Formerly known as Lizzy Grant, Lana Del Rey hit Pop shores with her ‘Born To Die‘ debut on January 27th 2012.

GGGB has sold 2.7 million in the USA, and over 3 million (I guess it’s over 4 million now because 400 000 + Germany, 350 000 France + 1860 000 the UK, 110 000 Ireland + 90 000 copies Switzerland + 60 000 Spain + 60 000 Italy + 60 000 copies Belgium etc etc.) in Europe alone and it’s still selling very well. Plus with Canada + Ocenia + Japan she gets 1 million more. It has sold very well in Brazil too. How DIL gets 11 million, explain it to me? 4.9 in the USA + 1.1 in the UK (1xPlatinum in Europe) that 6 million. Other 5 million come from where?
But I would say it sold sold 8 million copies. It left UWC at 7.5 million in March 2009 and was selling very well after that (especially in the UK) so I do believe it is at 8 million right now.

I mean, 4.9 copies in the USA and 1.1 in the UK. 6 million with two biggest markets. can I ask where other 5 million come from? Her album wasn’t that successful outside of the USA, it’s just 1xPlatinum in Europe (which provides biggest sales with the USA) and it’s simply impossible that has sold that much. For example, Breakaway has sold 6.3 copies the USA, 1.5-1.6 copies in the UK plus was more successful everywhere than DIL and it is reported that is has sold 11-12 million copies. Stop with lies. . And sorry monsters, Born This Way has barely sold 6 million, stop with that 7-8 inflation. But congratulations to all Ladies, they are ruling!
