In what has become a constant occurrence since the release of “that song”, the R&B songstress was again the subject of Twitter abuse after posting an innocent comment on the social network last night.

For reasons that continue to puzzle us, Hilson was then flooded with an influx of hate mail from fans of her chart rivals. And while this has sadly become common practice (as has her silence on such topics), the 30 year old was not to let this instance slide. Clearly frustrated, she shot back saying:

As cynical and spiteful as some have (and will continue to be), we actually feel bad for Keri. Because celebrity or otherwise, cyber-bullying is never okay. Ever.
Opinions are like behinds, everyone has one. And it’s, of course great to share, probe, and debate. Yet, systematically attacking someone in the name of an artist who would themselves would side-eye such actions makes approximately no sense.
It takes a mature person to acknowledge wrong decisions – especially in the way Hilson did above. Hopefully those “dragging” her will take her lead.
She’s right though. Stans are the ones who are creating the problem. And blogs like this one fuel the fire and also gives them a platform to try and tear down these celebrities.
A lot of times people get on these sites just to be nasty. This is one of the nastiest I’ve encountered, rarely anything nice or constructive to say. Have to learn to take it with a grain of salt. Now if they were people in the industry who mattered, would be a different story….

As a Beyonce FAN, I used to feel the same way but I think a lot of people confuse Beyonce’s introverted personality with her being stand-offish with her fans.
Beyonce is a boring, quiet introvert. If you notice, she doesn’t even have a big group of friends. The only people I only ever see her hanging out with is her family, Jay, & Kelly Rowland so that’s why I think her stans shouldn’t take it to heart.
I would still rather support a quiet Beyonce who is still humble, than another pop star who has let fame & fortune inflate their ego to the point where they start calling members of their own fanbase ugly (Rihanna).
No? Why should she make a video or write a letter? Ive been a fan since DIL era and I don’t have a problem with her not making a video AT ALL. I really think it depends on the individual really because for me, Beyoncé shows so much love and gratitude to her fans at her shows where it matters. Not to mention how she always goes HARD for them performance wise even in the most intimate settings. Like I said before, actions speak louder than words.

I get that side to her too, trust me I do. But like I said, it depends on you expect and want from a star as an individual really. She makes albums and perform her heart out just so she can please her fans, she interacts with her fans more than any other artists during her tours!! The fact that she takes time out to put out music and do tours when she can be spending that time with her family shows how much she cares!! And before yall people say she does it cause she wants money yall know that b**** doesnt have to put out another album or do a tour for the rest of her life and she will still be as rich as she is so lets not go there!!

If the person you told to kill themself actually did it, how would you feel? Or how about if someone told your mum, dad, brother or sister to go kill themself and they actually did it?
