John Legend is back.
The Soulful crooner kicks off his ‘Love In The Future’ album campaign with the aptly titled new song ‘The Beginning’. A teaser cut of sorts, the track serves as a prelude to official first single ‘Who Do We Think We Are (ft. Rick Ross)’ – which arrives on March 25th.
While the 34-year-old has busied himself with soundtrack cuts and guest appearances in recent years, the project marks his first solo effort since 2008’s ‘Evolver’.

The high notes sounds off which is so not him but otherwise it is a very good song.

Mad boring…. i think Mr.”legend” is so tired. I don’t hear or see hunger in his work. It always comes across as if music is a hobby and not a passion… i don’t know. I hope this isn’t his first single bc i know there is something more inside of him. #turningupthenewKINGsingle
