Kelly Rowland is among the superstars weighing in on speculation she will be joining JAY-Z as a special guest for his highly anticipated Super Bowl halftime show next year.

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE at the recent Airbnb.org Gala in Hollywood, Rowland was quizzed on the chance Destiny’s Child would reunite during Jay’s upcoming performance at Super Bowl LXI.

Although she didn’t give the most definitive answer, the GRAMMY-winning R&B diva kept any potential plans firmly under wraps.

Offering a playful response, she said:

“That’s none of my business. That’s his performance. That’s none of my business.”

Her comments arrive just days after she reunited with former bandmates Beyonce and Michelle Williams at Jay-Z’s 30th anniversary concert at SoFi Stadium in late October.

Reflecting on that star-studded occasion, Rowland revealed that the trio came together to support their longtime friend, sharing:

“We were there our big brother, Bey’s there for her man.”

Rowland wasn’t the only big name in music recently quizzed about potential inclusion in Jay’s Super Bowl set, however.

While hot on the promo trail for his October 23-released album ‘Muse,’ singer John Legend chatted it up with Fadam Got Da Juice to dish on if he’s been asked to participate in the historic moment.

“[JAY] has not [called me about the Super Bowl]. I’m managed by Roc Nation, full disclosure, so I’m part of the family,” John said laughing before calling the rapper “the GOAT.” “I’ve been part of multiple albums of his, multiple songs of his, and I’m honored I get to rock with him.”

And while there’s still seemingly a chance Legend will get to contribute his award-winning vocals to the big moment, he’s not exactly waiting by the phone.

“I wouldn’t be mad if he said ‘I’m not bringing no guest out,'” John explained.

Jay-Z is set to headline the 2027 halftime show on February 14 at SoFi Stadium in California.
