As reported here, Jennifer Hudson and Christina Aguilera were two of the stars tapped to honor Queen of Disco Donna Summer at this year’s annual ‘Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’ induction ceremony.
Taking place last night at Los Angeles’ famed Nokia Theatre, Hudson was joined by gal pals Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, Oprah Winfrey, and Usher (amongst others) to pay homage to honorees like Summer, Quincy Jones and more.

Randomly speaking, You can call Kelly & Michelle flops all you want. But once you are invited to an event and Oprah & Quincy Jones are there, you’ve succeeded in life. They’re not Beyoncé, but they are successful in their own light. They are the only group to break up and have all 3 (4) members stay relevant.

It really doesn’t define their success, but these ladies are just as talented as Beyonce, they can do almost everything she does and they are constantly overlooked. Not everybody wants to have cellulite & love handles. Who cares about how you feel about how she looked before she dropped the weight? People always want others to feel bad about themselves. I’m sure she wasn’t too happy about being overweight otherwise she wouldn’t have lost the weight.
She’s not skinny. She’s the right size. It’s not like she’s anorexic. There’s a difference in being overweight and being curvy. Sorry to say she was overweight before at 180 Ibs. I think she is more comfortable in her skin now as long as she doesn’t over-do it.
@MUSIC SOUL HARMONY I agree,If she’s more comfortable with herself now than before,then she was right to lose weight….but personally,i never saw her as overweight,that SPOTLIGHT video was giving me all kinds of fierceness and she looked GORGEOUS to me…perhaps i phrased it wrong but i honestly prefered the plus-sized JHUD.
