Destiny’s Child diva Michelle Williams may be garnering praise for her role in FELA – The Musical, but the star continues to work diligently on her upcoming Gospel album.
Talking to That Grape Juice recently, the 32-year-old revealed that the set (due this Summer) will boast an inspirational, yet edgy sound (sonically christening the genre “Ratchet Gospel”). Now, in an exciting new development, Fantasia has revealed that she will feature on the hotly anticipated set.

Taking to Instagram last night, the American Idol alum posted the shot below, saying:

Yes, yes, and yes! Both ladies have Gospel choirs living in their vocal chords already, hence the pairing of their talents has us salivating at the prospect of what they could cook up. Exciting times!
Tidbit: Fantasia sure is loving her some DC these days. Kelly Rowland is set to feature on her album ‘Side Effects Of You’ on a cut called ‘Without You’ – which also features Missy Elliott. Ms. Barrino’s LP hits stores on April 23rd.
