And where the hell Tamar mutant face ass come from? That should’ve been Kelly spot. It should’ve been: Alicia Keys, Elle Varner, Kelly Rowland, Brandy and Rihoeanna.

I was trying hard not to go in on Tamar cause I’m sure it was highly unexpected that she’s be nominated. I think thats what pissed me off the most. Other’s deserved it more than she did. One f****** single is why she’s nominated.
I will not be watching. I don’t recall Beyonce or Tamar Braxton putting out an album this year. Brandy and Keyshia Cole definitely need to be in that category. Two solid R&B albums!

Let me start by saying how disappointed I am in their combining the r&b and pop categories. And second, how disappointed I am in BeYAWNce being nominated over Fantasia, Keyshia Cole and Melanie Fiona. So now not only will r&b females who put out excellent albums NOT receive grammies, they can’t even get a damn EBT award for their efforts.

Kelly has had two singles out from this album and they both are flops(her collaborations have been flops also)
Keyshia Cole woman to woman has yet to push 350K in the united states alone(every single failed)
Elle was a flop and refill was a flop
Ciara took 5 tries to get a top 30 hit
Melanie Fiona is a basic glop who 1000 fans stay swearing she deserves this and that(yet she hasn’t done anything but have a minor hit 2 or 3 yrs ago
Tamar fans are delusional, Tamar isn’t going to slay anything, love&war(trust&believe part 2) was sheer luck….
Fantasia,Beyonce,Alicia Keys,Rihanna, and Brandy(flopped also) deserve nominations and no one else

Honestly, the Best Female Hip Hop category definitely has my curiosity at a PEAK. But I have already broken it down to just being between A. Banks, E-V-E, and Nicki. Reason being is because I can actually build a strong case as to why EACH of these women could win. But I have to make a HUGE point about my girl Eve. Even if she does not win this award, IT REALLY WOULD NOT MATTER, because she has BEEN THERE…..DONE THAT……GOT A T-SHIRT!! Because if you know about BET or you do your homework, Eve has ALREADY made history in this matter. Eve was FIRST FEMALE to win the Best Female Hip Hop Award in 2001. The clip of that footage is still on BET.com to this day. You can’t talk about BET Awards History and NOT bring her up. She comes back after TEN YEARS and gets a BET nomination just like that??!!! That’s damn good in itself. Who does that?! And I really wish that people would STOP hating Eve and throwing shade at her. Why would you not want her to WIN?!! She is EXCELLENT and has been for YEARS. My vote would ultimately go to E-V-E, because she has been through Sooo much trying to put out Lip Lock, and it’s FINALLY out. And it is a DAMN GOOD ALBUM. Eve shows determination and I really think she should be and hope that she is recognized for it.
Some of these nominations really are some ish! I like Beyoncé but she hasn’t had anything out in a couple years, really makes no sense. Tamar Braxton nomination is pretty funny! Have no clue who Elle Varner is.. So I’d say it’s between A Keys n Rihanna and in that case, A Keys is about 1 billion times better than Rihanna so I hope that ish goes to A Keys..
