Today saw the Hip-Hop mogul earn his first #1 on the Official UK Album Chart with his 12th studio album ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail‘.
Wildly popular in the territory, Jigga’s highest peaks on the tally were 2009’s ‘Blueprint 3’ (solo) and ‘Watch The Throne’ in 2011 with Kanye West.
The impressive feat follows the critically hailed roll-out of the LP, which saw 1 million copies made available for free to Samsung phone users in the form of an app. What’s more, the timing couldn’t be more apt, as tonight sees the rapper close out his headlining set at London’s iconic Wireless Festival alongside touring mate Justin Timberlake. Needless to say, winning!

To be honest, he doesn’t deserve it because that album is trash. Kanye West has been carrying him this whole time and critics agree.
