Often hailed for his creativity, Justin Timberlake leaves us wondering why after revealing the cover for his new album ‘The 20/20 Experience (2 of 2)’.
The artwork for the sequel to the double Platinum original is exactly the same as its predecessor – only, this time, featuring color. And granted we “get” the concept (20/20 = perfect vision = ability to see the full picture), it’s still a bit dry.
Luckily for JT, its lead single ‘Take Back The Night’ isn’t (although it still leaves much to be desired). Needless to say, we hope the rest of the material on the album delivers. Because, as it is now, the whole project feels more hype over substance.

Ledisi’s last album sold 37K first week, and was one of the best r&b albums of 2011.
“Quality” is subjective. You say his album is mediocre, and I say it’s not. In the meantime, what’s NOT subjective and cannot be argued are facts…and record sales/chart positions are facts. No other album released this year has performed as well as 20/20, it’s one of the few albums released in the last 2 years that’s gone multiplatinum, and it hasn’t left the top 20 since it’s been in release and will more than likely break back into the top 10 next week. So Mark111’s idiotic claim that suggest that most buyers were disappointed not only makes no sense, but was stupid. The album isn’t new anymore and everyone can hear it for free online, yet it’s still selling…and at a faster rate than most others. Hmmm. Sort of reinforces that “mediocre” is just an opinion. Others disagree! 😀
2 things: first part delivered,u just didn’t like it. Whatever. Second, maybe u should just admit to yourself that ur not a Justin fan anymore and call it a night. I like take back the night. Can’t wait for part 2 of the album. If you havent liked the era up until now, you’re probably not gonna like part 2.

Justin’s album went 2x platinum. That’s very good. That means he made back all his money & more for the project. Hopefully pt2 will go 2x platinum. I hope the album is more upbeat. Question: Is Justins album the best seller of this year?
Yes, it’s the best seller of the year, Bruno Mars comes second, and he (Bruno Mars) had the better album.
I hated the first album, I only like “Blue Ocean floor, dress on and tunnel vision”. So far his new song sounds like if I buy a Robin Thicke album, I won’t need to buy this one, but I might buy part 2, after I stream it online first to see if I like it.
Go ahead and buy robin’s album. Lots of people buy generic versus name-brand. Nothing to be ashamed of and robin could use the help in sales. he won’t ever reach it’s status or skill set though and you’ll just get it’s album from a friend so Eire way- yu don’t matter.

When I’m not interested in somebody’s music, I find discussing them at all to be equally as uninteresting and usually don’t bother. You’re a little too pressed over someone whose music you claim to not care about, which basically indicates that you’re just DL fan. The turmoil must suck! lol
