Believe it or not, this Sunday will see the stars align to shine at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards!
Set to flaunt performances by Katy Perry, Drake, Bruno Mars and Justin Timberlake, the night’s brightest star is set to be ‘Pig’ performer Lady GaGa, who will kick off the show with the very first performance of her new single ‘Applause‘.

I’ll see what she does at the VMA’s before I take a shot at her. So far, the song is about 2.75/5 and the video 3.5/5. We’ll see what she’s made of with this VMA performance. As far as I’m concerned she’s proving herself as an artists this go around. BTW sucked! Fame and Fame Monster was a decent era and a half(although I’m not in love with the Fame like everybody else). It’s refreshing to not be sicken by Gaga’s hype, it feels like she’s actually working for something for a change. Let me see what this lady got!
I like applause but gaga is doing way too much, I wonder who’s ideas she will steal for her performance.

The video was really great (her videos have been the best among the girls and especially her peers in the last few years, you can´t deny it) and the song is not what I wanted or my fav type of music but it is still way better and more enjoyable than Katy´s.
She´ll probably have the best performance of the night, unless Justin Timberlake does something really good (obviously not vocally 🙂 ). The rest are just crap artists under 20 years old (minus Katy, who is 30, but she thinks and acts as if she were one of them so…)

And btw, I was nice to Justin in my comment. But now that you dig into it many people have found this last era pretty boring, especially when it comes to the performances (something in which he is expected to be great cos of the type of career he´s had, remember his laughable first years in the business? In one of those silly t*** bands that sold cos parents bought those albums for their kids? He was always pure pop and about the performances with the theatrics and all smoke and mirrors and everything, don´t know why you´re so offended by Gaga´s typical mega pop star with a direction and input behaviour). I´m sure this second album 20/20 experience 2 won´t have the same success, and it´s been a few months, talking about hype that dies fast… this era has not left any impact. And I haven´t checked, but has he sold anything out of the USA this year? Just asking.

I guess that broken hip really healed up just in time. Let’s see. She supposedly broke her hip towards the end of the tour. So SOMETIME in February. She apparently made such a miraculous recover about 2 months ago, we’ll say July. So the b**** broke her hip, had some sort of hip surgery, and it took a little over 3 months to heal. I’m just so sure. SO SURE. Gaga will lie about anything for any reason. I see now why BeYAWNce is her idol. Those two can have each other. I can see it now: The 4artFlop Tour Starring Gaga and Beyonce. Cancelled 20 shows in after poor ticket sal… i mean after Gaga breaks her neck and Bey is sucked up in a fan. BYE
