Now able to boast of 5x Platinum status by way of shipments and sales, the number’s continued ascent comes as its supporting album of the same name moved 46,158 units in the last seven days, pushing it even closer to Gold status after reaching sales of 337,000 after its first month of release.
Meanwhile, as Ciara‘s R&B #1 album slow danced its way 103,675 copies sold, today will see her Pop counterpart Rihanna learn than her 2012 release ‘Stay’ has now re-entered the Billboard Hot 100, rising five spots to #39, weeks after surpassing sales of 3,404,000 in the market!
Elsewhere, A$AP Ferg enjoys a modest debut with 31,830 units moved on ‘Trap Lord’, while Lana Del Rey‘s ‘Born To Die’ secures a 10% sales increase on her ‘Born To Die‘ debut, thanks to 13,952 copies shifted since last week.
