“’12 Years a Slave’ is such a stunningly powerful film. I was so moved when I saw it. I felt every minute of it and was so inspired to contribute to the music of the soundtrack. This album brings together some incredible artists from different places and different genres who have all been touched by the film. When artists are inspired by great art, it makes us want to create. This album is the result of that inspiration.”

    True artist!
Also Hans Zimmer is like the best composer of the last 10 years. Inception, The Dark Knight and many other soundtraks are unbelievable.

As I am an Alicia Keys fan, I’ll be the first to admit she should et back to her roots. The Rock Wit U days, love her regardless because unlike singers today, she has genuine talent. I think today some people are confused as to what TRUE talent is

I’m impressed, I must say. Rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and
engaging, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the
nail on the head. The problem is something too few folks are speaking intelligently about.
Now i’m very happy that I stumbled across this during my search for something relating
    to this.
