Featuring his R&B piece ‘All That Matters’, the commercial sees the entertainer work his magic on a number of ladies, all of whom find themselves enamoured with the scent’s ‘sexy splash of sparkling freshness’- unable to resist its ‘luminous floral musk’ or the seductive Bieber himself.
