How Christina Aguilera feels about the rising number of Pop princesses’ using every but music to sell their music?

Unfortunately but unsurprisingly, the answer to that question is…sad.

For, after building her legacy on the foundation that is her voice, creative integrity and fearless drive, the entertainer has revealed that her time in the industry has seen her encounter many Pop belles who have lost their way- turning to cheap marketing ploys to keep their brands afloat.

Her words backstage at ‘The Voice’ below…

    Who?

  2. idgi December 12, 2013

That’s great advice, because we can say what we want about any artist and speak negatively of some but at the end of the day it really doesn’t matter to them. I’m glad she’s infusing that into Jacquie, she’s so young and does get hate and same with Xtina she gets a lot of hate but they pay no mind to the negative kind.

  3. nice December 12, 2013

i think i live under a rock. 😆 never seen any xtina interview. nor like that. good words. good coaching.

  4. Robin December 12, 2013

Well remember that Christina has been bullied allot through the Media. And she kept being strong. And i think almost everything she did she wanted to do herself.

A good coach and advice ! 🙂 Very curious to see what kind a album will come up next year ! 🙂

  5. Robin December 12, 2013

The woman who is number 1 on US Itunes.

  6. Vee December 12, 2013

Christina is known as an industry b****. She needs to give at advice to herself to stop being rude first.

  7. Pop’s Kid December 12, 2013

Tho it is good advice to give to her contestant, it comes off as being hypocritical since she did the same or similar things in her career, predominantly during the Stripped and Bionic eras. But the only difference is that unlike most she actually has talent.

  8. Dean December 12, 2013

she has the intelligence that Britney lacks but unfortunately Britney has the career that Xtina should have had, criminally underrated, she’s a good Pop artist, as far as Pop music goes, ‘Stripped’ slayed any attempt of Mariah or any other great vocalist at doing POP music, she has the completely package, i don’t know why, she isn’t that successful, bad management i guess, i mean, she is even beautiful, if Gaga who is talented but lacks everything from a good presence, beauty and charisma can have a succesful career even if it only lasted 2 years then why can’t Xtina be the ‘It’ girl of Pop music.

  9. Rihboy December 12, 2013

She is full of s***…she did the same exact thing…she just happened to have a voice to fall back on….but she was a big whoee in her days so i need her to stop acting as though she has been on a clear path

  10. idgi December 12, 2013

@Pop’s kid. Keyword “did” that was then and this is now. People can change, including Christina. She stays away from all the drama now, since she has grown from it. She’s a 30 year old woman now..

  11. m December 12, 2013

Good advice, but didnt she strip to her panties and dance around a boxing ring full of topless men back in her hay-day?…

    s** sells

  12. Micks December 12, 2013

She should’ve added how shes been there and done that. But Xtina is arrogant so of course its different when it comes to her.

  13. QueenAdeleRules December 12, 2013

    Lmao!
Are we talking about that same girl who was so desperate for attention she started calling herself Xtina , started talking with a fake barrio accent and and made the video Diirty.

    B**** Please!

  14. Biting Truth December 12, 2013

Who is she to say something like this? There are numerous examples of Christina using s**, and doing all sorts of tackily explicit things, to sell. Save the sanctimoniousness and fall back. That song you’re featured on that’s #1 on iTunes is just a fluke. You have a LONG way to go before you redeem yourself for the horror of Bionic and Lotus.

  15. XtinaTheDiva December 12, 2013

Christina is 100% right. I love that she dares to say the truth. And btw Bionic and Lotus were awesome albums.

  16. Adam Levine baby mama December 12, 2013

I would never take advice from flops

  17. NT December 12, 2013

That’s good advice for someone who had been there see “Stripped Era” and then was able to venture into her womanhood

  18. Haha December 12, 2013

But didn’t she even rename herself Xtina in one of her eras? As in x rated?

  19. Super Cisus December 12, 2013

    Who cares what screamtina thinks

  20. christinastherealtalent December 12, 2013

Remember when Christina came out with Stripped, she deceived tons of backlash…something that the industry whores these days get praised for. All Christina is saying is don’t let s** be the only thing that gets you where you want to be bevause you reah the point where she’s at, your fame and relevancy will not be as big as it once was. You go girl!

  21. Marcel December 12, 2013

Althouh CA voice is unmatched and probably one of the best she does use s** to sell records… look at some of her videos…

so I am not sure about this advice…

Check out new artist Marcel’s new single “Dare”

  22. Amanda Bynes December 12, 2013

    @SuperFlopsus
Who cares about C-errors flopping career. And nobody cares if she’s marrying her broke ass fiance.

  23. Amanda Bynes December 12, 2013

I miss the dirrty and bitchy Xtina. I genuinely want the old Xtina back.

  25. Love On Top December 12, 2013

It’s valid advice I mean she’s been through her “Dirrty” days and now she’s a grown woman who’s done a lot seen a lot and can share her wisdom. Its funny people always say she’s arrogant or a b**** when she speaks her own and how in interviews she gets asked about herself, so she talks about herself. Like what do you expect her to talk about, someone else’s life she knows nothing about? I think she’s a great coach, artist and woman. Despite what she’s done in the past with fueding and everything else she has turned out really well as a person. A lot are too hard on her, but its nice she ignores all this negativity these days.

  26. Love On Top December 12, 2013

    * speaks her mind.

  27. WINTZ December 12, 2013

Christina is SO fake!!! Its hard to take anything she says seriously. Isn’t this the woman who was on The Voice with her boobs exposed for the whole world to see??

She is such a troll! Whenever she is to comment on the contestants’ performances she ALWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYS finds a way to spin things back to her… making every thing about her her her lol this fake Witch!

She’s trying way to hard these days, wait… wasn’t she trying to appear slutty back in the days too?

  28. WINTZ December 12, 2013

    OAN:

    TESSANNE for the win!!!!!

  29. Love On Top December 12, 2013

#TeamAdam stays bitter. So she was wearing a top that shows cleavage like Christina is the only one… How is wearing something revealing make someone fake? Someone sounds a little jelly

  30. JFB December 12, 2013

You people really HATE christina aguilera and its quite sad. Shes so talented and it bothers me that you guys dont recognize that. Says ALOT about the newer generation and what you people deem as a good artist because not giving Xtina a chance sucks for all of you becuase your missing out on an incredible artist BIGTIME

  31. Kevin Wiyarnanda December 12, 2013

Love the ‘Here to Stay’ reference! 🙂

  32. JER December 12, 2013

I see someone has already forgotten her own career. Just like everyone else #OOPS

  33. eric December 12, 2013

It’s not like Christina hasn’t used shameful marketing ploys in her career. If it’s good for her it’s good for the others.

  34. Nate December 12, 2013

Most of yall should actually watch the video. She didn’t say anything about pop girls stripping to their undies to sell records. IF you actually watched the vid, she talks about pop girls believing outsider’s advice, and losing their way.

I respect Christina, I never saw her as an industry puppet. I mean she released an album under her full control by her SECOND album, that says a lot about a person. I never get the hate with Christina, she’s a beautiful lady with a voice of a beast. So she has opinions, so did every great artist. Great artist actually have opinions, that’s what makes them compelling storytellers.

  36. rich86 December 12, 2013

yes she was sexual but her music wasn`t just straight up s**,yes there were the fun songs but there were many strong meaningful vocally stunning ballads as well

  37. rich86 December 12, 2013

dumbass while she was sexual she had ballads with solid lyrical meaning that was just vocally stunning,if u look at all her music videos you`ll see it wasn`t just all s** s** s** s** and more s** unlike your girl rihanna who can`t sing to save her life with her fast food music

  38. JT December 12, 2013
