Tessanne Chin Wins ‘The Voice’ Season 5

Published: Tuesday 17th Dec 2013 by Rashad

Tessanne Chin has been crowned the season 5 winner of NBC’s ‘The Voice’.

The big-voiced songstress rocked the competition as part of ‘Team Adam’.  The Jamaica-born singer has seen her fair share of shine prior to ‘The Voice’ as she’s opened for the likes of Gladys Knight and Patti Labelle, but it was the NBC-hosted reality talent singing show that has made Chin a household name.

See her Celine Dion-assisted performance of ‘Love Can Move Mountains’ from tonight’s finale…

It’s all about politics! They need to shake up the coaches a bit and have 2 males, and 2 females.

Congratz to Tessanne she is an amazing singer. To the ppl saying she will go nowhere stop hating. She will be alright if whatever label dat signs her don’t f*** her over like they did Jermaine paul. They tried to make him pop when he was clearly rnb and soul artist. The voice have had some successful contestants such as cassadee pope she still on the hot 100 charts and her album did pretty good. Danielle bradbery is doing ok on the charts. A lot of the other contestants have charted as well. Y’all must be thinking about the x factor contestants that go nowhere and have no success on the charts especially their winners.

YAAAASSSS!! Happy for the talented Tessanne!

Jacquie Lee should’ve won. She’s the better singer and has a better chance of making it. But congrats to Tessanne. People saying The Voice produces flops needs to look at Cassadee Pope who is doing well and Danielle Bradbury who just had a hit on the Hot 100.

She goes good, but I am still a bigger fan of her sister Tami. Her first album was amazing and that was back in 2006. Oh well.

Tessanne is just simply the best at what she does. From the moment I knew she entered, I knew she could win. She will move on to write and perform incredible music. Just wait, look and see.

Celine Dion is so damn good still at 45 years old. And she looks spectacular. Especially her legs.

So proud of the beauty (inside and out). Been a fan of hers since “Hideaway”. Gwaan Tessanne! She makes Jamaica so proud – Glad I wasn’t asleep when they announced the winner – might have had a heart attack from the racket. She deserves that title because she is The Voice of this season, the best so far – just ask Adam.

P.S. she held her own against Celine Dion, whatchu talking bout?
