‘Don’t Speak’ singer/songwriter Gwen Stefani has animation on her mind this year, now that she’s created her very own animated TV series inspired by her long-running ‘Harajuku Lovers’ concept.
Sound exciting?!
We’ve got all the details below!
In an interview with Edward Nardoza‘s ‘Women’s Wear Daily’, the ‘Orange County Girl’ shared:
“We are doing a cartoon for Harajuku Lovers, which is a 52-episode girls cartoon that is insane, it’s so cute. I did the collaborations with OPI and Burton. Harajuku Lovers has a new fragrance coming out, L.A.M.B. is launching e-commerce and music wise I have some things I’m figuring out. I’m just really happy we got to this point with DWP and that it has so much more potential.”
Yet to reveal how the series will reach fans, news of its arrival comes two years after she reunited with No Doubt to birth their sixth studio album, ‘Push and Shove’, and ten years after she delivered her ‘Love.Angel.Music.Baby’ solo debut!
