    2. This song just restored my faith in Mary so I’m gonna buy the soundtrack. Is it out already?

  5. BeyBeyKing June 13, 2014

Mary is slaying and Mariah is out here struggling to outsell Ciara. Lool.

    • John June 13, 2014

Mary is not slaying. Mariah slays more than her anyday.

  6. NickiBeenBad June 13, 2014

Deadass didn’t expect it to be so good.

  7. BadGyalRita June 13, 2014

Watch this outsell Mariah’s floppy disk.

    • VisionofMimi June 13, 2014

      Rita still whoring about babe?

      • BadGyalRita June 13, 2014

Just as much as Mariah was circa Charmbracelet, dear.

  8. SoGone4Monica June 13, 2014

Why can’t Mariah learn from how Mary is doing things so she can do just as well too. I mean really, how long is she going to flop like this. Anyway, I love this song so keep doing what you’re doing Mary because you’re doing it DAMN well.

    • MCThePlaceToBe June 13, 2014

Why don’t you worry about Monica before you worry about Mariah b****?

  9. Jesus June 13, 2014

Mary honestly came through with this soundtrack. Moment of Love, I Want You, Power, Proposal, See That Boy Again all slay. The entire album is a masterpiece. I can honestly say, I am happy. “I Want You” punched me in the face. That song is the epitome of Rock-Soul. This album is very cohesive. I can’t believe she did what she did on “I Want You,” I thought that Mary was gone. She gave Janis, Patti, and Mary all in one. Also, “Moment of Love” is a JAM! I suggest yall order this. Its a great body of work.

    • HipHopMaryJ June 13, 2014

      So true honey, so true.

  10. Mike June 13, 2014

I’m enjoying the work she put in on this album. She’s a fantastic talent and I am most definitely buying this album

  11. Google Executive Manager June 13, 2014

This is the best R&B album out right now…
I see it at least going gold off of word of mouth
because the Material and vocals are top notch..
She saving lives again with her music!!
Every single track is a classic!!!! She deserves
the up-most success for blessing us with this body of work!

  12. RocDiva June 13, 2014

Very grown, very s***, very Mary! I love how she doesn’t try to fit in with this generation and that’s why they respect her so much. Mary will always give it to you real, no chaser. That’s why she’s always successful in everything she does. Bisssh went from The Bronx to the White House and I ain’t mad! I’ll be copping the soundtrack!

  13. eric June 13, 2014

It’s a good song, but a little too long and repetitive.

  14. XYZ June 14, 2014

    Exclusive? It’s a Soundcloud link… Doesn’t sound that exclusive, to be honest…

  15. Barb B**** June 14, 2014

    Michael Ealy = My husband

  16. Alvin Robinson June 14, 2014

I don’t think this is Mary at her best, I just think that this song particularly sets the mood for the movie.Considering that most people buy music from itunes, I’ll bet the ratings will definitely be fluctuating or in this case, you might take a choice because itunes doesnt usually let you buy individual tracks from a soundtrack. For that matter,in the words syleena johnston “it better be good.”

  17. IStanForYourFav June 14, 2014

It’s a good song. MJB hasn’t slayed my life since The Breakthrough. Growing Pains had some songs, and after that I’ve paid her dust. Not here for that cheap production and flat tone. WTF happened to MJB? She went from having Missy & Lil’ Kim back to singing cheap songs with autotune machine Justin Bieber. There’s nothing wrong with growth, but judging from what Mary has been in the headlines as of lately for, growth isn’t the name of what is going on.

Love the song! The best I’ve heard from that soundtrack so far.
    The rest is kinda meh.

    • MJBNews June 16, 2014

Stop. Wonderful, I Want You, Better, Suitcase, Cargo, Moment of Love, A Night to Remember, and so many other songs are great. You clearly don’t know good music.
