Not here for it. Rihanna to me had her best music during Rated R and Loud era. GGGB was even a classic pop record. She can’t ever go back, she lost “it” to me, She’ll have maybe one or two singles off each album that’ll fool some people into buying the full album just to be disappoint in the end (TTT and Unaflop are perfect examples). She had two chances after Loud to do better and dropped the ball each time. Plus, what else is she gonna sing about?? There’s always a visual concept that engulfs her fans and it’s exciting to see what direction she will take with this album. If DJ Mustard is on board, it’s safe to say that at least three of the tracks will be Hip-Hop influenced, and urban radio smashes as urban radio can’t seem to get enough of Mustard’s production these days.
