Responsible for Brown’s 2003 release ‘So Gone‘, Elliott’s contribution to Monica‘s new release comes after she co-wrote ‘Anything (to Find You)’ lifted from her last studio album, ‘New Life.’

Monica always makes good albums but her promo isn’t always good.
Why is this even a story? Monica has been working with Missy, this is nothing new or exciting.
No one wants to admit Monica or Brandy are done commercially,but its the truth. They both would make more money as indie artist at this point.

but makings of me was just trying to hard to be sexual and hip hop
then she toned it down for still standing and it was a really good album

That’s good to hear. My favorite Monica song is Without You. That song can play all day and it would never get old. I really wish Missy would give us that solo album that she knows fans have urging her to give, but oh well… No 80/90’s artist really wants to release new music because of the terrible climate music is in. BTW. Missy is a rare find; she slays an artist AND a producer. The best of the best

Alright Monica is back . Such a classact always true to herself.. I need another Boy Is Mine Album.. With strong pop ballads to crossover. I state pop ballads cause im pretty sur ballads is what shes going to give us..
I miss her Dianne Warren kind of ballads.
I don’t understand why Monica’s song ‘In 3D’ was only a bonus track on New Life and not the first single. Those dianne warren kind of ballads would further distinguish her as one of the top vocalists she is today. I want to see her giving a powerhouse performance on American Idol the next time around. If RCA can pt fantasia up there, they certainly can get Mo up there.
Diane Warrens material fully displays Monicas vocals which sometimes she tends to have to hold back, but hopefully on this album she gets the right material that puts her voice to the front.
