‘City High‘s Claudette Ortiz teams up with the force that is Jerry Wonda to deliver ‘Automatic’, her latest solo single released this morning!
Dropping twelve years after she joined Wyclef Jean to release the ‘Masquerade’-pulled ‘Two Wrongs’, certified Platinum in New Zealand despite failing to fare as well in the US.
Does ‘Automatic’ have what it takes to do any better?
Find out after the jump!
I’m feeling it!

I’m loving this.
This is real, organic MUSIC – and good! But I wish that her vocals were better projected/louder than the instruments…
She sounds good. About time she released new music.
Yesss!!!!!!! This is where R&B music left off and she just picked it back up.
I love it! This is great! Glad she is not trying to be in with the times. Grown folks music right here. Not for the pop rnb crowd.
Song and vocals are tight. Just wish the mixing was better but then again it my be a LQ post
FIYAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!
I could play that baby, baby, baby, baby, baabbby riff all day. I like the song. I love the simple production of the song. It seems like everything is oversung or either over produced.
P.S. Her HAIR IS EVERYTHING! OMG ♥♥♥♥♥
Yassss!!!!
Slay me queen beauty!!!!
I hear a hit in my ears!!!
This is sounds good! Glad she is back. Definitely behind her, especially the fact that I like her ssong called “Message To You.”
It’s been forever since I heard her name. I loved City High.
Love it! This is the first song I’ve ever heard of hers (excuse my young age). The instrumentation overpowers her vocals a bit but this track right here is real solid R&B. Here for it.
She sounds a lot like another artist but I can’t figure out who!?!? It’s a nice song though!
The fact that you are highlighting her platinum success in NEW ZEALAND is so shady……. I mean, who actually cares about that?
Slayyyyyy Claudette, slayyyy!
You were the shining star of “City High”, it feels so good to have you back!
You sound like a mix of Alicia Keys and Beyonce. Keep it coming and never let it go again!
Love this song!!!
