Cute….but commercially i don’t see it doing much.We’ve got to remember Pharell had the 3 Biggest hits of 2013/2014 (Get lucky,Blurred Lines and Happy) with the latter being ridiculously overplayed to the point of total annoyance.I don’t think having Pharell on your track is the smartest move at this stage.He’s kinda like James Blunt post-You’re Beautiful at the moment.Good luck to Usher though

As for Usher jumping on trends…what trend did he jump on? He was the first R&B artist to be successful (sorry Kelly Rowland) doing more EDM and others followed him. You may not have liked the trend but who did he follow? I also noticed that CB doesn’t get as much crap for following Usher into that EDM trend…wonder why?

I feel like I don’t even know Usher anymore. Hanging out with Bieber, making music that sounded like it was fished out of Taio Cruz’s toilet and resorting to judging reality TV has scrambled his identity. Now it’s like he’s trying to “find” himself again, but discovered that the lane markers have been altered. Good luck with the new music. Hopefully something will someday appeal to me so that I can be a fan again, but I’ve grown disillusioned with Usher.
