Yawnce’s performance was a YAWN. Michael Jacskon would be ashamed she got that award. She uses HEAVY backing tracks and LOTS of reverb to make her voice sound better than it is. She lip synched too, and didn’t even dance that much. So, Sam, what was her excuse for lip synching?
This proved to me just how over rated she really is. Greatest living performer alive. SMH LOL How sad.

Most of the recipients did not perform before or after reviving it, so this whole 15 min performance thing is just a new add on to the award.

Beyonce was trash! I usually like her performances but this did nothing for me. You can tell the audience wasn’t feeling it either. Notice how Bey and Jay try to be more affectionate and reveal more about themselves in public now that they’re on divorce watch. I can tell in that acceptance speech how FAKE and SAD their relationship really is. And what was with that VMA ending? The host didn’t even come back out to say good night. That was so weird… I expected more from an established award show.
