Almost two years have passed since Rihanna last released an album. As such, one would be forgiven for assuming that she’d be well-rested and refreshed.
Sadly, as attendees at the opening of ‘The Monster Tour’ in LA learned last night, that was not the case.
The Mattel Model served up limp, lazy, and lifeless showings of her hits, leaving many wondering whether she’d rather be in bed.

And who TF mentioned Whitney and Mariah? But while we’re here, don’t they lip sync as well? Doesn’t take away from their ability as vocalists. Same goes for Beyoncé as a performer.
Of course singing live while dancing can be tiring. Besides,some of the songs she performs live are vocally challenging and can damage her voice if she sings live every night. You would know this if you stanned for a REAL performer.

There’s a difference between using a backing track because of high energy performances/preserving your voice compared to using one because you CANNOT sing well live (Britney, sometimes Rihanna).
