With one week remaining until Jennifer Hudson‘s third studio album ‘JHUD’ lands in stores, the multi-award-winning songstress gives the masses another incentive to buy in the form of a new Iggy Azalea duet.

Christened ‘He Ain’t Going Nowhere’, the Pharrell Williams production unites the ‘Dreamgirls’ star with the current chart “it chuck” for a funky affair.

This isn’t bad…. Iggy has to stop that “like what” and “like ugh”. Makes her delivery sound so weak.

Iggy better get those feature coins! No Shade, This is cute for J-Hud BTW

I need another Jennifer Hudson & Fantasia duet like ASAP

I have a lot of respect for artists who bring actual concepts to an album. Jennifer’s embracing a disco theme and I think it works. R. Kelly and Iggy, however, should not have been asked to appear on the songs they did. Both of them stand out and not in good ways. Iggy’s rap sounds like an unmastered quick cut & paste job.

It was exactly that: quick cut & paste job. Iggy was never meant to be on this track; she’s on it because the album needs a hit. Sad thing, this isn’t going to work. This is about to flop and flop hard, and they know it or else they wouldn’t have put out 5 singles (half the album) before it’s even released.

It’s cute but nothing special. This sound doesn’t suit her voice to be honest.
    #Sorry dear

Something about her voice doesn’t suit the tracks she selects doesn’t mesh. She has a rich voice but it doesn’t match the production. Maybe she needs to hit up Harmony Samuels.

in simon cowell’s words, this sounds like something you’d hear on a cruise ship… 🙁

Right about now, Iggy Azalea is a big “get.” I wouldn’t waste an Iggy feature on a song like this. This song is not even an album cut I’d listen to on the regular, much less a hit. What’s up with J’Hud’s A&R team?

I’m sorry but getting someone to feature on your album because maybe they built themselves a fan base and you think that this may help you but it’s a terrible put/mess together and just don’t work. For the last 3 albums you still haven’t found your sound/fit yet? Sorry but what I heard so far you’ll be hopefully able to sell 10/20k.

I loved her first 2 albums with the leading songs Spotlight and Hope This is Love but idk what she is doing. It seems like she wants to be different but doesn’t know why. I don’t feel it in her heart. She should just stick to movies and musicals cuz this isn’t working out. I did like that song with Timbaland thought, it sounded like an Aaliyah demo
