Wow. No shade because I appreciate a good performance from anyone who’s talent shines, but this performace needed work. Nikki and Ariana had zero chemistry together, they looked liked they were being swallowed up in that stage (dancers perhaps?) and it just seemed flat in my opinion. Interestingly, Ariana singing parts we’ve already heard Jessie sing live serve to highlight that few can execute a vocal live as well as Jessie J. And Nikki still rap-syncing??? This is how you kill the energy of a live performace.

It wasn’t a single performance. Nicki was doin’ her 30 minute set and had her come out to perform “Bang Bang” with her.
As far as i am concerned Ariana was not meant to duet on this song as she is out sung by Jessie over and over. This preformance shows that the song is bigger than her and she is unable to preform it alone.
Its funny that Ariana image really does not fit her sound.

After watching Ariana & Nicki together it’s clear Jessie pulls the Group together-I’m sure if it wasn’t for the example Jessie set at the VMA’s they would both prefer to Lip Sync-Jessie brings whatever song she’s performing to life on stage-Nickis just not use to live & I guess maybe Ariana just not experienced enough yet to bring excitement to live performance-this performance just not the level (even though the sound was better) of the VMA’s-Hope if they do X factor UK -Jessie is there!!
