Today marks the release of Keyshia Cole‘s sixth studio album ‘Point Of No Return’.
The LP has been preceded by a slew of videos, more specifically (and ambitiously) one for every song on its tracklist. As such, it’s only fitting that the occasion brings with it yet another visual. This time, it’s for ‘Believer’.
Armed with a troop of dancers, the clip sees the R&B belle bust a move.

She looks very out of her element on this one. Trying to be s*** on a classy boat is not her thing and wtf is with the dance scene? The back up dancers look like they have no idea why they are there and she just sort of flops around with no real direction. Its a mess of a video if I ever saw one.
I applaud Keyshia for trying something new, but no baby this aint it. The song isnt bad though

I enjoy her past work, but she’s the prime example of a artist who shouldn’t have creative control over her a career.

I’m not understanding the marketing move for this album. She must have her bangers saved for release, because nothing she put out is memorable. It looks as though she is trying to hard.

Good, bad or otherwise, at least ms cole can say all of these videos look like they were filmed in hd. But why put some much into music videos budget if the songs aren’t sticking to the fans?

The vocals sound rough and i’m not feeling the song at all. Honestly, I haven’t heard anything “great” from this album, in my opinion. I actually expected better vocals from her at this point in her career. But one thing is for sure, she looks a lot softer nowadays. Good to see her exploring her femininity. Definitely looks good, compared to Keyshia from back in the earlier years. Too bad I enjoyed her music more during that era.
She is doesn’t look very comfortable in the video. It’s obvious she isn’t a natural mover/dancer, she is almost Rihanna like. At least the song is decent and the video looks like she spent some money on it.
I enjoyed this sound, vocals and visual, surprisingly. pretty decent for hur.
Keyshia likes trying a little move here and there. She looks gorgeous in nearly all scenes. Cute vid and cool song.
