It hasn’t leaked. It was released in certain countries yesterday. NZ and others. So of course it would be online. In fact I am happy the way this era is shaping up, no leaks and great music on the album. I hope Buy A heart & The Crying Game are singles.

Not just your traditional urban or pop, she has turned causal listener into part of her nontraditional fan base but either way I am proud of her. No only is she a woman in the rap game but a woman of color (two minorities in one) obtaining international stardom. #LoveHer

I’m willing to bet it’ll sell somewhere around 150k-200k. You have to remember that although the promo has been major for this project, aside from “Anaconda” she’s largely gone in a much more urban direction – the mainstream, pop consumer hasn’t purchased the other singles and are probably not checking for a Nicki album with no new “Superbass” or “Starships” on it.

Those of you saying that she will sell 400-500k are delusional at best. Yes, she has a loyal fan base and it has obviously grown since her last era. However, her fans are NOT loyal enough to work as a unit for an ENTIRE week and move about half of what ONLY Taylor has been selling her first weeks. With that being said, she will definitely sell over 200k- considering the current tragic state of the music industry affected by illegal downloading, streaming, YouTube (vevo) views, etc. Besides, all those forgettable singles ultimately helped increase her star power this era…thanks to Rihvember canceling its slayage to be continued later.

I don’t think Nicki will sell over 200k. I think she has enough appeal to, but as we’ve seen with Jlo & Mariah hype doesn’t guarantee sales. I think she will have a great debut with around 150k. I think she should have released the album shortly after Anaconda, and that would have guaranteed big numbers. She has let too much time past between her big hits Bang Bang & Anaconda, and today we’re trendy shoppers.
No doubt she will cross the 200k mark but she won’t out do pink friday. Roman Reloaded was horrible compared to that album and she needs to do damage control with this album before she can reach those numbers agian. The album being leaked may help encourage her faithful fans to purchase it cause now we know its not all that bad as the last one.

The reason she’s not #1 on iTunes was because she used target,amazon, and best buy to promote the album first and then released the iTunes link. With preorders solely on iTunes she would have been #1. And her album is the #1 most anticipated of the year. She’s also been focusing on rap rather than pop and that’s what ppl have been wanting all along so I wouldn’t be surprised if she sold more than 375k . She will sell above 200K but only by a little. The hype for this album wasn’t as strong as Roman Reloaded. I just heard the album on Spotify and it actually wasn’t that bad but her departure from her ‘Hip-pop’ might cost her those fans that she won over from “Super Bass”. Also, the album cover for both standard and deluxe editions doesn’t show her face. When they go in-store, they’ll be wondering if Pinkprint was a remix album or not. The buyers will be her most dedicated fans.
