For the BET Awards 2015, I need Chris Brown to perform perform “Songs on 12 Play” along with Trey Songz, Jeremih, Jason Derulo and August Alsina.

    Just putting it out there.

    Merr X-mas y’all!!!

  2. Beysus December 25, 2014

Woo!!! Beyoncé!!! Azealia!!!! Revenge!!! Broke With Expensive Taste is the best album of 2014!!! LOL at Rihanna’s delays of her album!!!

  3. Beysus December 25, 2014

Why isn’t Drunk In Love for single of the year???

    • Julian December 26, 2014

Because it was released last year obviously.

      • Beysus December 30, 2014

Um so was Dark Horse and All Of Me…

  4. LB December 25, 2014

I see Samantha couldn’t resist to throw in some tired shade, on Christmas of all days.

    • Pat December 25, 2014

I’ll pass, the categories are too corny and rigged! Merry Christmas though.

  5. DanYiel Teflon December 25, 2014

    “Merry Christmas Everyone “

  6. Royalkev December 25, 2014

AWBAH deserved a nom for best album tho. Just saying

And Ms Nowhereland having her own award? Ch…..

I forgot all about JoJo tho! And yeah I can’t believe RiRi didn’t drop an album. And Adele too. Waiting on all those plus #UntilThen who is turning into the fcking Chinese Democracy of r&b smdh

    • Black power December 25, 2014

I totally agree. I feel like people let her ratchetness get in the way of exploring her as an artist. But she’s really a talented artist. Best Female R&B album of the year imo

  8. BeeDub December 25, 2014

D’Angelo released what is probably the most significant protest album of this generation and it doesn’t even rank for Album of the Year?

Come to think of it, TGJ didn’t even have a single post about D’Angelo’s album.

    What gives?

  9. Dem Lessors December 25, 2014

Can’t lie, the last couple categories had me in stitches! The Beyhive ain’t playing tho. Britney should’ve been in the most anticipated comeback for 2015, I chose Janet but come one does Jojo even have a record deal? Her album has been in the works for a millenia.

  10. Dem Lessors December 25, 2014

    BTW, Merry Christmas everyone.

  11. Hahaha December 25, 2014

Album of the year category is too weak. My favourites were
    FKA Twigs – LP1
    D’Angelo – Black Messiah
    Run The Jewels 2
    2014 Forest Hills Drive

  12. S****** Blonde December 25, 2014

The category for album of the year sucks:-D

    • JOHNVIDAL December 25, 2014

A f****** joke! LOL It´s not like these awards have any type of credibility or relevance though 🙂

  13. JOHNVIDAL December 25, 2014

The nominations are a mess and I´m also so tired of Mariah Carey, a f****** real legend unlike 95% of the people discussed in this blog, being shaded every single year in these laughable nominations, always being featured in the bad ones, as if she were a nobody. But of course people like Iggy Azalea, Jennifer Lopez, Nicki minaj or Ariana Grande get positive nominations? LOL

  14. CT December 25, 2014

Death at that kelly rowland award…

    • Abel Oliveira Villas Boas da Silva December 26, 2014

      7/11 for best video????? WTF

I stopped voting when I saw that Beyonce were wining and being nominated like hell

  15. Terny December 26, 2014

Screw you samantha u worthless drag queen.. Mariah Carey is QUEEN even if you don’t wana acknowledge it.. Sore Loser

    • TheElusiveLamb December 30, 2014

It’s crazy bc he stans for irrelevants whose live vocals sound like that Rockefeller Center performance on their best day. I can’t with him sometimes.

  16. MJ December 26, 2014

I’m sorry. How the hell does “Break Free” land under Recession special/worst video? That was like her 2nd best video. Used a lot of green screen and took a lot of time to edit. Which is why it took so long to be released. Also… Rihanna’s constant delay of album? Y’all are some dumb ass mofos. HOW HAS THAT ALBUM been delayed when nothing pertaining to it has been released. That’s not delaying. That TAKING TIME to craft it, ya know like other artistes do. F***, sometimes Sam and everyone else at TGJ annoy the s*** outta me with their constant b*******.

  17. Mimi December 27, 2014

    Where is Uptown Funk ?

  18. Sean December 27, 2014

Only thing I’m checking for is Janet!

  19. MusicLife December 30, 2014

I’m over these. Just say Beyonce won every damn category already!! Ugh!

  20. ~The Arcade~ December 30, 2014

Most Anticipated Comeback of 2015- goes to Miss Janet Jackson *patiently waiting*

  21. Taylor swifts number 1 fan!! December 30, 2014

Artist of the year goes to taylor swift obviously. Shea owned 2014. Only artists with 2 number 1 singles on the hot 100. 4.6 million sold of 1989 already.

  22. F*** Onigger December 30, 2014

Please tell me how Iggy’s album is the second best selling hiphop album of 2014…and Nicki’s just came out n already is flopping but its nominated lol I’m puzzled this s*** is rigged

  23. kareem December 30, 2014

    I voted for Ashanti

  24. @RealMattPhoenix December 30, 2014

I can’t with that kelly Rowland award lmfao

  25. TheElusiveLamb December 30, 2014

Sam shade is like EDM… great and entertaining the first few minutes then irritating, played out, dry, and extremely repetitive. Anyway, the ONLY good thing I see in this poll is the comeback of Mrs. Janet Jackson; the rest is blah blah. Also, I just finished the D’Angelo album, and it’s the best album of 2014 and probably the last 5-6 years.

  26. Musika December 30, 2014

Anticipating my girl, JoJo’s return for 2015.
