Birdman is learning the hard way that rapper Lil Wayne is playing approximately no games with his intent to fly the Cash Money coop.
For, after taking to the net to ignite a very vocal campaign about his dissatisfaction with the label, Wayne was making moves to sue for an $8 million dollar advance he alleges he never received. Now, reports have it the Young Money leader is looking to increase that sum by over $40 million for other damages.

The Young Money rapper has officially filed a lawsuit asking a judge to release him from Cash Money Records.
According to TMZ, Wayne has officially taken to the courts to file a lawsuit asking a judge to release him from Cash Money Records on the grounds of contract breaching and royalty withholding. Wayne alleges Birdman’s violation of the terms of their deals are grounds for him to not only cancel his contract, but also sue for a hefty $51 million dollar payout.
In addition, as reported here, the ‘Lollipop’ rapper is seeking joint ownership of Young Money recordings – including those of Drake and Nicki Minaj – and has expressed intent to take the artists off of the Cash Money roster.
