There is room for more than one breakthrough R&B act. Besides, selling more than 17k isn’t much.

I personally don’t care if she flops, as long as it is quality (as she always does), then I’m here for it and I’m buying. I need all of these new girls. In fact, we ALL need these new girls. It’s time to embrace the new sound.

What happened when we didn’t care whether or not our favorite artists’ charted or not? What happened to just enjoying the music that we were given? None of the money we’re putting our is being given back to us. Granted, we do want to see our faves on top, but come on. Flop this & flop that, who cares? If the music is of good quality, that’s all that should matter. Damn..

  16. Bam Bam March 10, 2015

Don’t care if it doesn’t top any chart. Sevyn is a genius behind that pen I know it’s gonna be great! I bought Call me Crazy but… And I’m definitely buying On the Verge!

I doubt she’ll do more than 30k but I’m more interested in the quality of the music than how many copies it sells. I hope she brings something fresh with this album and not the same old turn up/love songs we typically get out of R&B singers.
