It was a long time in the making for Miley. Yes she had seen success, but nothing like this. Party in the USA, 7 things, climb, can’t be tamed, and all the rest were fun but she didnt pop yet. And she did it as herself not Hanna Montana. BUT, it is sad that the girl, when asked what was her fav jay z during an interview said she doesn’t listen to or know a jay z song is now capitalizing on the type of music he makes just seems strange. She broke out by exploiting black music and being a culture volture. Now, if she listened to rap and didnt say she couldn’t name 1 nay z song back in 09, I wouldn’t care but come on…really. How is she being 100 but don’t know jay z jay z may not be the greatest of all time, but he’s been in the game the longest consistently so how dont u know his music?
I Listen to Urban/rap as we’ll and don’t have a fave Jay z Song since i’m not really into his music
I’m ready, BangerZ is a really good album, that was overshadowed by her antics and gimmicks
I like her, not her music but I like her. I knew as soon as 2014 came around she would disappear because she was so overexposed and associated with 2013. Best of luck cuz I really want Mike will made it to be the dominate hip hop/r&b producer again, I’m sooooo f***** tired of mustard and his wack ass beats

It´s pathetic that someone like her can continue having a career (well she almost lost it right before she decided to become the joke of the year and finally got the attention necessary to not see her career finished).
She´s tasteless, can´t sing and doesn´t have any other talent (doesn´t write, can´t dance,…). Not only that but she is also musically fake. So if she isn´t even tasteful why do they keep cooking music for her while ignoring other potential big artists (if they were supported by labels)with talent? Reminds me of Rihanna´s case during the first years. I had never seen anyone getting so much help and push without a real pay off. Any other artist wouldn´t have been given more opportunities. Mylie´s case is worse cause she is totally tasteless and a total gimmick.
In my honest opinion, “Bangerz” was complete trash. It was yet another incohesive and desperate attempt for a Caucasian pop artist to appropriate African-American culture, although I do like “Adore You” and “Rooting for My Baby.” I would’ve rather had “Artpop” scan platinum in the U.S. instead of this album. I love Miley, but we all know this era for her crashed and burned quicker than it did for Gaga. While Gaga was able to redeem herself with the Oscar’s performance, ArtRave tour (mostly sold-out) and Grammy award win, Miley wasn’t able to do the same (see Bangerz tour statistics for reference). I really hope she changes for the better this forthcoming era because she’s at the final straw with the general public.She needs to stay in her pop lane and remain the Disney Channel pop queen.
Total agreement! Even Gaga´s less successful era ended having more legs.
It couldn´t be any other way though, she´s so obviously talented. She truly won everybody over with that Oscar performance and her Jazz performances.

Hmmm I like Miley, but I think a lot of artists gonna flop this year. Will she be one of them? We’ll have to wait and see, BUT if Miley goes back to old miley or find a good balance between good and ‘ratchet’ miley maybe this could be her biggest album yet.
