Together, Clean Bandit and Alicia Keys have teamed up to make sweet music for the latter’s brand new album!

The ‘Extraordinary’ band arrived at the Ivor Novello awards recently where they were celebrated by their peers for the success of the aforementioned ‘Be.’
Fortunately, they spilled details on Keys’ new album before picking up awards for the number.
We’ve been working with Alicia Keys, which has been pretty amazing.
They announced the news after Keys joined the likes of Jay Z, Madonna, Beyonce, Rihanna and Usher to deliver the TIDAL streaming service to the world and after her last album ‘Girl on Fire’ spawned the multi-platinum hit of the same name but failed to see sales as impressive as her earlier efforts.
She’s yet to announce a release date for it’s Bandit-backed follow-up.

For the looks of it this sounds like A.Keys definitely experimenting on this new album which is certainly welcomed if the final product is good.
She’s not in dire need of a hit at all. She’s an artist who knows the limitations of her own voice, appreciates that music has changed and reflects that in what she releases. She’s doing perfectly fine.
She has enough hits already I agree. In fact, it is impressive what she has achieved when it comes to hit singles, seeing how she has always kept it 100% R&B.

Oh and btw I´m tired of the remarks about all these talented people which say “their last album didn´t make the numbers of their earlier efforts”. Who the hell is doing bigger numbers than before? Stop that as a way of shading. It is impossible to do it. Industry has tanked, in case you didn´t notice.
I agree. I don’t why ppl believe that just bc you sold 30+ million in 93 or 12 million in 05, that in 2015 (when the average first week sales are 20-60k), that you’re supposed to do 25 million.
Alicia Keys is boring. All her music sounds the same now. Nothing has topped Diary.
Saying that she is in dire need of a hit is most certainly reaching. What she has done with her career some can only dream of. Some artist make hits while some create Classics my friend. Classic music never dies.

AK! I’ve been a stan of her for as long as I could remember. I’ve been to two of her tours. I have every album and a bunchof her singles. I even used to wear those braids lol; never could look as beautiful as her though. I can’t wait for the new album! She’s so talented and gorgeous.
Alicia doesn’t need a hit and if I remember correctly, Girl On Fire sold over 700k in the US alone which is better than any R&B album except releases from Beyonce. Don’t sell A. Keys short, she has had a great career and has done so with mainly pure R&B. She is underrated in my book.
I didnt really connect with her last release like i did with other past albums but i am definatly looking forward to this album,,,
Ummm Alicia is not in dire need of ANYTHING, she has a million HITS that will last a lifetime, her hits are are not here today gone tomorrow hits, her music is timeless, if she does not make another hit she is good for life.
I’m the biggest A Keys fan. I feel like she fell off a lil but with her last album. I hope that she can get the public’s attention again cause she normally always has a hit with every album. Anyway I’m anxious for new music.
