The tabloid mag surprised French readers recently when it published a report claiming the A-list pals were an item and that Rihanna was carrying his baby.
They also claimed the ‘Titanic’ actor was deeply disturbed by the news, averring that he has no interest in starting a family with the ‘Thug in my Life’ performer.
Now, Leonardo has bitten back by having his lawyers file a lawsuit against them in France. In the suit the actor demands that they retract the story pay him the maximum compensation French law allows which is around $20,000 in damages plus legal fees.
Interestingly, the magazine’s owner has revealed that he knew the story wasn’t true when it was published.
Frederic Truskolaski admitted:
We didn’t know’ if Rihanna was pregnant but ‘thought she might be. We were not sure, of course.
The case is set to go to court on June 16th.
Rihanna is yet to respond.

I like Rihanna but she’s a troubled girl, i believe she have some issues to deal with, (Chris killed her soul) the world knows this, he knows this, he might have f***** her but that’s it. DiCaprio is smarter than that, be in a relationship with her would be disastrous for his career and image, let alone have a baby with her. Rihanna has to learn to love herself before loving someone else.
