Whitney Houston‘s daughter was allegedly assaulted by her so-called husband before she was found unconscious in her home months ago.

A lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina Brown’s conservator accuses Nick Gordon of abuse and says he took money from her without authorization.
The suit, filed in Fulton County Superior Court on Wednesday by Brown’s court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove, accuses Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and transferring money from her account into his own without authorization.
The lawsuit alleges that Gordon presented himself to be Brown’s surrogate brother prior to 2012. After Brown inherited a substantial sum of money (presumably from her mother, Whitney Houston’s estate), Gordon “assumed the position of Brown’s boyfriend.” Around Jan. 9, 2014, Gordon “perpetuated the fraud that he had married Brown, though in fact he never did so,” according to the lawsuit.
According to the lawsuit, Gordon used that “misrepresentation” as Brown’s husband to “control Brown and limit with whom she could interact.” The suit alleges that Gordon answered Brown’s cell phone, wouldn’t allow her to make appointments without his permission and “manipulated her bank relationship so that she could access her money.”
Gordon allegedly transferred Brown’s money into an account solely controlled by him without her authorization. According to the lawsuit, Gordon began to question Brown’s access to trust funds, and “threatened one of the trustees with guns and other violent weapons. That trustee obtained a restraining order against Gordon on April 14, 2014, the lawsuit states.
The lawsuit accuses Gordon of domestic violence against Brown, including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair.
Brown allegedly confided to an unnamed person that Gordon “was not the man she thought he was” and set up a time to meet on Jan. 31, 2015.
That day, Brown got into an argument with Gordon. Brown was later found unconscious, face-down in a bathtub with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out, according to the lawsuit.
Brown has since been diagnosed with “global and irreversible brain damage.”
While Brown was in a coma, Gordon allegedly stole $11,000 from Brown’s bank accounts.
The lawsuit alleges Brown has suffered “life threatening bodily harm and damages,” and asks for damages of at least $10 million each for the assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and conversion. It asks for an amount to be determined later for counts of quantum meruit/unjust enrichment and attorneys’ fees.
Kristina’s condition is said to be deteriorating.

If you ask me, Nick Gordon’s birth mother knows something about Nick and is hiding it. He probably told her the real details of what went on that night, and she’s probably promised to keep it a secret, which is why she was cradling him while he was a having his meltdowns.

Unfortunately, if this lawsuit is real then it’s accessible to the public and pretty much anybody can get this information. its really interesting that “all of a sudden” all of this info is coming out but nobody mentioned anything before about her having had a tooth knocked out and signs of physical abuse and yet nobody is being charged. I hope that if this girl does recover, she gets far far away from all those shady people in her life.
Ok I’m confused. So why isn’t he in jail? I mean it makes sense, but something isn’t right. I’ll say it, the Houstons let the public think for almost 20 years that it was Bobby was the problem with Whitney, May or may not had been. But it turned out that she been on drugs before Bobby. And I also don’t like how they’re making Bobby look like an angel, because he was on drugs since late New Edition and his solo run. My point, that whole family is shady and messy. But my question stands, where’s the arrest?

There’s something not right about this story. Suing Nick Gordon of $11k wouldn’t be worth it, b/c whatever he took would be gone by now. Either he stole way more than has been revealed, or this is a preemptive move to prevent Nick Gordon from producing a surprise marriage license and claiming from Bobbi K.’s estate after they’ve let her go.

I mean who didn’t see this coming.. if you watched their reality show.. you would have known she was way more into him than he was into her. I think he cared for her in his own way but not the way she felt about him. He eventually got annoyed with her because he didn’t feel the same way as she did and she was clingy as hell. That coupled with drug abuse and her depression and his anger issues spelled a recipe for disaster.
Its all a set up. Nick had nothing to do bobbi or whitneys death. Sad pathetic family. Nick Gordon wants to go public on both incidents.
