K. Michelle is hard at work on her 3rd album and is keeping fans abreast of its development every step of the way.

After thrilling BET Awards viewers with a performance with former nemesis Tamar Braxton, rumors were immediately ignited suggesting the youngest of the Braxton clan would be making a special appearance on the follow-up to 2014’s ‘Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart.’  The ignition would also see Michelle do little the quell the hearsay:

As if the above isn’t enough to get excited about, the ‘Hard To Do’ diva is dishing on some other familiar faces expected to line her highly anticipated third album, tentatively due in stores February 2016.  More scoop below:

The announcement above followed news legendary songwriter Diane Warren – who’s penned songs for Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Beyonce, Celine Dion, and more – will be contributing a song to Michelle’s yet-titled tertiary release.

But, if any other reports delivered directly from the diva are to be believed, fans should cherish the next release as she revealed earlier this week that it’s set to be her last.

K Michelle a actress?? Lmao ok, well I guess she’ll do great in a Tyler Perry movie, but I don’t see her taking off in that field like she did in the music industry. But hey, I wish her the best.

Now y’all need to post that Tyga drama, it’s to juicy.

A damn shame when her music is great. Idk about this business or acting but I won’t be surprised if she makes more music later on.

  5. Yoncè July 7, 2015

I’m excited I think with this album she might really just make her mark!

Miss Diane Warren writes some of the best, most heart felt songs. She’s also the ONLY writer that wouldn’t let Beyonce put her name on the writers credit for I Was Here. That alone is legendary.

Omg stfu ! Who cares about that tired as song anyway Pretty Hurts/XO slays that song

    • Girl hush July 8, 2015

Lol wtf ? Rihanna can’t even write a chorus much less a song girl shutup

      • Mark111 July 8, 2015

Nether can Beyonce. Rihanna never said she can write, so get her off your mind.

  7. Diamond Princess July 8, 2015

Your last album? Girl bye! What the hell would she do without music because it sure as hell ain’t acting! Getting the D from Idris has made her delusional! First moving to London permanently to follow a man that does not want her country bumpkin rat face lookin a-ss, now it’s your last album? Please miss me with the bulls-hit!

People like u are the reason she wants out of the industry. Its a struggle!

  8. Stephon Maurice Jackson July 8, 2015

Diane Warren wrote mostly all the biggest hits for the big vocal diva’s. And, David Foster was the man with that larger than life productions. Whitney & Celine loved working with them.

  9. Ross July 8, 2015

Crazy team and she has everything to make it big, but as somebody who enjoys singing her songs all over the place, I kinda feel bad; her voice and moves with music are so fresh and real. Happy for her for focusing on some other things. God bless. She’s dope.

  10. Perri July 8, 2015

Her latest album is fantastic. I couldn’t believe how good it was.

  11. What now July 8, 2015

LOL. THIS IS NO SHADE TO K, BUT SHE IS CRAY CRAY ON ANOTHER WHOLE LEVEL IF SHE THINK THAT THE RECORD COMPANY AND “INDUSTRY” IS GOING TO “LET” HER RETIRE. WHITNEY, MJ, MJB, AND ETC ALL HAVE TRIED AND FAILED. DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY ICONS HAVE PULLED THE RETIRE/GOODBYE TOUR AND THEN YEARS LATER HAD TO DO ANOTHER TOUR AND COMPILATION ALBUM? DON’T FIGHT THE MACHINE K. YOU ASKED FOR THIS, SO JUST BE A GOOD GIRL.

  12. Gee July 8, 2015

The list of writers sounds very entertaining but I believe she wants to focus on other ventures and give music a break and comeback after she has done other things and find inspiration again musically.

  13. Dev July 8, 2015

This is her last and i’m glad. she can disappear for a few years and then return, something that Keyisha Cole should’ve done.
This ratchet r&b is thin and i only enjoyed about two songs on her last album

  14. You wanna love it right bettor like you do then my funky money July 9, 2015
