JoJo‘s ambitious tringle release has hatched its first video.
‘When Love Hurts,’ which was produced by Benny Blanco, saw its visual unleashed on MTV and MTV Hits today, where it will air every hour on the hour for 24 hours.
The eclectic clip showcases the Pop belter in all her young womanhood and even features choreography.
Get ready to vogue, snap, and dip with the 24 year old after the jump…
In the context of the sound’s sound, this was a solid effort.
What excites us even more is that there are two more visuals to come in the form of ‘Say Love’ and ‘Save My Soul.’

Cute but her label is trash for not pushing Say Your Love that song slays and it’s perfect for the upcoming winte.r people might pay her dust with this generic song
I think it’s a nice video, and can be her big comeback, at least I know more videos are coming. This will gradually build the buzz and momentum before the label releases “say love”
FLOP
I love Jojo but this was a bit boring. I see what they’re trying to do but it didn’t work for me. I need JoJo giving me that R&B/Pop mixture she provides. Stay away from trendy dance tunes Jo. Leave that to Katy & BRITNEY. People who NEED them. You’re far too gifted as a vocalist to do so.
I love her and I like the song. Great little pop/dance number. I wish the video had more purpose, though. I wonder what the actual treatment for the video was, because I’m not seeing much of anything. She looks good, though. Hopefully the other two really bring it home, because when you’re being reintroduced to the game, you can’t half step and must come with it!

I didn’t like the teaser, but I like the song. This actually has hit potential.
It’s not the best, but I sometimes like when videos offer a different interpretation of the song lyrics. In this video, I see people celebrating self-love and the freedom of expression in spite of all the hurtful things that occur in our society. If something is real to you, you’ll fight through the hurt and pain to have it; self-love is worth fighting for.
