Slight change of plans for Chris Brown.

The R&B crooner was set to unleash new album ‘Royalty’ next week, but fans will have to wait a short while longer for the project.

Details on C.Breezy’s delayed gratification after the jump…

Originally earmarked for a November 27th roll-out, the ‘Zero’ and ‘Liquor’ led set will instead arrive on December 18th.

Confirmation comes via multiple sources including Hits Daily Double and the UK’s HMV.

It’ll serve as a big day for R&B at retail as Brown’s RCA label-mate Monica will also be releasing her album ‘Code Red.’

Do you want ‘Royalty’ under your tree this Christmas?

Your thoughts?

I REALLY want to hear growth and maturity from him but it’s just not clicking. My hope is thinning out tbh. I’m nervous that this album will have elements of explicitness (see the parental advisory sticker) and misogyny – which is sad because it’s named after his baby girl. None of the singles seem to be taking off either. Good luck to him come Dec. 18th.

Good move. I actually forgot he was coming out with an album. I’m surprised he’s really not promoting really. Especially with thus being his daughter sakes name, so it’s obviously meaningful. Come on now breezy.

Even though I really wanted him to stay with the November 27th date , I’m cool with December , I Do want CHRIS to show growth in his music but I’ll hold judgement on his album , but “X” was a great album in my opinion & everything he does will be hot no matter if it “sounds the same” y’all should really stop throwing shade & either appreciate the music or don’t pay him any attention at all no need to shade a album you haven’t heard yet
