Ciara fans will have to wait a while longer for the second leg of her ‘Jackie Tour.’
Initially set to kick off later this month in partnership with Topshop, the US trek has now officially been postponed.
The news comes as fans with tickets in several cities begun receiving emails from vendors that the tour had been pushed to 2016.
In a detailed note, Ciara’s team explains why….

A global entertainment company has extended an opportunity to further market and promote the next leg of the tour and will include a special surprise to fans.To accommodate this offer, the tour will move to Spring 2016. Spring is relatively far away and with things having slowed down significantly with the ‘Jackie’ album campaign, it’ll be uber intriguing to see how buzz is re-ignited around the project so as to create a ripple effect of excitement for the tour.
A new album? A re-release? The weeks and months ahead should be interesting.

You need to get with the program and stop being so caught up in doubting this chick because I see why some people don’t appreciate Ciara’s artistry as much because of ignorant fans like yourself that claim to support her but yet you feel as though she’s not doing enough. Ciara will NEVER retire from music she may take a couple of years to further in other ventures but I doubt she will quit music! I think you really are not seeing the bigger picture. She’s already established and almost at her peak. My suggestion to her and it has always been this way because I feel she needs to revamp and just change direction in her music but not for the trend but to come out with something fresh and her team realizes that because as of right now they see her transitioning so I think it’s best for the fans to be grateful that she cares about her brand and just continue to support her regardless.
