Las Vegas’ DRAI nightclub welcomed the legendary producer Quincy Jones last night joining him to celebrate Michael Jackson‘s ‘Thriller’, the project on which he served as executive-producer.

Only right then, considering his creative ties to Jackson, that the Prince of Pop Chris Brown honour him with a performance inspired by its Horror-inspired music video before the unveiling of his latest album ‘Royalty.’

The snaps below capture just how much fun the men had at the party.

Eugh. Miguel is better and doesn’t even get half of the attention. Brown is basic as hell and needs to learn how to hold a note.

Does MsGuel even have a Gold certification?

Miguel can sing but he’s not likeable but Chris lacks musicality.

Just stop it. Usher is the Prince of Pop. MJ himself endorsed him. Chris Brown’s total album sales don’t even match half of ‘Confessions’ total sales lol. So just stop it.

      Or 8701 sales. lol
      .
Usher is the King of Urban Pop/ King of R&B (tho there’s 3 of them).

King of R&B? I’m sorry but no. I love me some Usher but I will not be fooled. That title belongs to R. Kelly. His creditentials says hello °Adele voice.

I clearly said there’s 3. Bobby Brown, R Kelly and Usher. Yes R Kelly was a good singer, amazing writer and producer. But don’t act like style wise he didn’t jack Bobbitt Brown bad boy and over sexual image. Bobby was the first and the others used his style and sound even more than MJ, yet he gets no credit. As for Usher, it took the genre international. He really took from MJ and Bobby and mixed them. He has the most #1s, a 22 year career, matter of fact, his first album (tho it flopped) came out the same year as Kelly did. Diamond album (with sales, something Britney, Mariah and so many other don’t have) and the biggest tours from a r&b artist. Usher is king, so are Bobby and Kels.

I like Chris Brown’s music. I like his voice, except for his falsettos. He needs to work with on his falsettos. He sounds a mess on this Jason Derulo demo.

Thanks for confirming what I already knew. And, that’s the reason as to why you play favoritism towards the lip syncing/sounding terrible/studio magic dancers like Britney but trashes Chris Brown… Because, you don’t like him, like I originally said, period.

I just CAN’T with Nicki’s global touring power! She’s about to do 3 STADIUMS in Brazil and a stadium in Chile! Barbs, I’m so happy for Nicki establishing herself as a Stadium act! Yes, now the trio (Bey, Rih, and Nicki) are all successful black female stadium acts! Let the others seethe because it truly is her time now! I’m so proud of her doing this as a rapper….a FREAKING RAPPER for goodness sake! Her power!
