Rita Ora has ample cause for celebration tonight.

The 25-year-old triumphed on The X Factor finale as Louisa Johnson – the contestant she mentored – nabbed the title of champion in a showdown with duo Reggie N Bollie.

Beyond a stream of stellar solo performances, it was Johnson’s duet with Ora last night that helped seal her win.

Together, the pair tackled Jennifer Holliday‘s ‘Dreamgirls’ classic ‘And I Am Telling You.’

A classically dramatic song, the track is considered by most to be a vocal standard.

How did Rita and Louisa do? Watch below and let us know…

    Louisa slayed that tone wise.
Rita did well. Parts didn’t fit her maximum vocal ability as grainy sounds came out but other bits she done good.

Blah! Girl in the green lacks the soul and emotion. Rita lacks range and has no control, BUT when they sang together, it was actually good. I think there’s a reason why only so many people from these shows makes it in music. Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Fanny, Leona Lowies, and maybe a few more brought a style of singing that stood out. The rest are just karaoke.

so. the song is about begging for the one you love to stay. and yet these 2 are cheesing and smiling. there’s zero grit and passion.

    no thanks.

This girl can sing but i’m not moved with her vocals and she lacks diversity in style and tone (something i realised when they showed the clips of all her performances. Factor is trying to make her into the next best thing with there low ratings but she has a long way to do as far as i’m concerned.
