With the 2016 Super Bowl just one week away, more details are beginning to pour in about what folk can expect from its primary sponsor PEPSI.
The drinks giant is already the banner brand tied to the much anticipated Half Time show starring Coldplay and Beyonce, but an interesting morsel of information suggests there could be more surprises yet.

In a new report outlining the beverage brand’s involvement with 50th annual spectacle, the following was touted:
[PEPSI] will also run an in-game advert starring a “top recording artist.”
Things to make you go “hmm.”
Who could it be? What could it be?
As evidenced by the company’s past music-related partnerships, it’s very rare that they ever team with an act “just because.” Oftentimes there’s a tour sponsorship tie-in or a cool activation of an “era.”
With a number of names reportedly readying new music, could PEPSI be revealed as a key component of one of them? What do you think?!

Well they did have her in the commercial. But on the double sided coin it had the Grammys. Maybe she is doing both. If it’s the Super Bowl. I think her and bey will just be features to Coldplay with their songs respectively. all we can do I wait for real! Unless they reveal.

Personally speaking, the only reason why I’ll be watching this year’s Superbowl is because of Beyoncé. Coldplay are just… especially post-2008.
There are so many other Rock bands who I think could have taken the slot… The Foo Fighters for one; epic.
Anyway, Rihanna, Pink or Usher are the ONLY Pop stars that I want to see headline next, or Beyoncé again.
