J. Cole‘s ‘Forest Hills Drive Homecoming’ TV special aired hours ago and saw him breathe new life into the album-which bares the same name- is was launched to support.
The special saw him follow in the footsteps of Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Justin Timberlake who have also rocked HBO with live concert specials and deliver live renditions of material that can be found on his critically acclaimed LP.
Fans who tune in to the special can expect to catch appearances made by some of the rapper’s peers. One, who goes by the name Drake, is reportedly hard at work on a music video being shot to support his latest collaboration with Cole’s Roc Nation pal Rihanna.
