Fans of ‘Runaway’ singer Janet Jackson accused the pop icon of living up to the song title (with their coins in purse) after she announced the postponement of her critically acclaimed ‘Unbreakable World Tour’ to start a family.
However, quick to put out the fire, Live Nation issued a statement clearing up any confusion on the length of the Grammy winner/mom-to-be’s hiatus from the road.

“The Janet Jackson Unbreakable tour in North America will be postponed until 2017. New dates will be announced at a later time, and tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates. Refunds are also available at the point of purchase. Stay tuned to JanetJackson.com and LiveNation.com for further info.”
No word on European dates as of time reported.

It has definitely been messy. I thought she had prepared this well but still has been messy. Taking into account she didn´t even went for commercial recognition (which always means extra pressure) I´m surprised she still had messy stuff going on.

Well! I guess I can wait until 2017. I hope she has a blessed and healthy pregnancy. I really kind of wish she would just do a new concept for the tour considering this issue and give us another album with it and more videos.

But I guess a new concept would defeat the purpose of what unbreakable is. So I get it. At the end if she reboots it, it would truly be an unbreakable tour. So in that case she could do a re-release of it. Maybe do a dual record with 7 or 10 more songs added. And more videos released following.

Janet should just cancel this whole entire show all together. And stop making all these announcements if you’re not going to tell the full whole truth, this whole era is a hot damn mess. There was no promo, no nothing no one really knows if she pregnant, have a surrogate, or adopting. Just a big ass questions mark full of questions that will go unanswered, people hollering I want new music, I want a documentary, I want a new video, I want this I want that. But still if she can’t keep her own tour together what the hell are you gonna expect, I’m a fan but I’m gonna have to call a spade a spade this was totally out of line on her part she should understand people book flights, take off work put in vacation time to revolve around her tour and so forth sometimes people can get there funds back sometimes they can’t she should consider that when booking a tour. I’m frustrated with how Janet has handled this album and tour. Even before the announcement of wanting a family, Janet seemed to be doing little to push the album. It’s not just about Janet. Producers, engineers and many other professionals put a lot into creating the album and tour and they deserve the best possible return on their investment. Those people may not be there for Janet if and when she decides to get her act together. All this waiting is really a shame, because she won’t have another album like Unbreakable.
Maybe she will adopted a child or have someone else be carrying he baby or she may be pregnant alot of people saying that she’s too old to start a family at this age and she could of had family years ago without the public knowing about it however I wish Janet Jackson-mana the best. People start family at different age rather someone in their late 30’s or 40’s
