After a rocky patch comprised of so-so sales and questions surrounding the state of her iconic voice, Mariah Carey has spent the last 18 months regrouping her.. everything.
From her vocals, to her business ventures, label, and more recently her team, few facets of her operation have gone untouched.
The latter especially has been making headlines following Mimi’s cleaning of house.
Per several sources, the diva severed ties with multiple members of her camp, including her publicist.
And while there has been talk about said folk quitting the singer due to her new management, she has been quick to reply and is now elaborating on the matter.

In a statement to TMZ, the 46-year-old said:
“I dismissed a majority of my team because I discovered that they didn’t have my best interests at heart. My new team, including manager Stella Bulochnikov, are the top of the line in the entertainment business and more importantly in my life and I am now much more financially successful and more organized than in the past.”
And there you have it.
Granted that statement read like a lot of spin, there has been an upswing in Mariah’s activities and abilities of late.
Here’s hoping she maintains the positive momentum heading into her next project.

Mariah doesn’t have to follow trends. Her music speaks for itself. Infusing a little bit of a dance sound into her music would be great. But she doesn’t have to do it for relevance. She’s always relevant.

I hope she does help her sister out. Her sister is an ex-prostitute/drug-addict, and she has tried her hardest to destroy Mariah’s image on multiple occasions. At this point she might as well help her and then completely wipe her hands clean off of the situation. At the end of the day Roc and Roe are going to grow up one day and watch those videos of their Aunt, and wonder what happened.
Her sister Is a dug addict, and speaking from experience their con/manipulation game is on point. Besides Mariah helped her and her kids out plenty of times in the past Iinstead of blowing thru that $1.6 Million she inherited from her dad she should have point some aside for a rainy day.
True! Mariah looked after her nieces and nephews when Allison was taken to court. She spent millions sending her to rehab time and time again and all Allison did was throw it back in her face. She doesn’t owe her anything, and there’s probably more to the story.
