Despite soaring on a streaming front sales of her latest album ‘ANTI’ have struggled to do the same globally.
This seems to have prompted the entertainer to begin work on a second version of the LP.
The producer Cardo spilled the beans in an interview with ‘Complex.’

There are so many records Kendrick and I have been working on that’s about to come out. I can’t say anything beyond that, but we got a record with Rihanna. That’s all I can say. I can’t say anything more, but there’s a Rihanna and Cardo record.

They have probably noticed waiting between albums doesn´t “Work” in Rihanna´s case and that the only thing going on for her are the laughable #1 singles who stay there thanks to streaming, so brand new album always mean a new push for a leading single, and they know they have to try to break the record before radio forgets her (something that usually happens at around 30 years old). Too bad even if that happens nobody will take her seriously next to Mariah, Beatles, Michael, Stevie, madonna and Whitney. Too bad 🙂

Adele? MADONNA? Idk if there will be an anti part two but I’m certain there’s another album. I remember an interview she did where she said she had two different album titles and couldn’t decide which to go with. She also said she had recorded a lot of material and the sounds were so different she would have to put them on two separate albums.

It was rumored back in October that ANTI would be a two part album, so it wouldn’t surprise me. One thing for sure is that she has a lot of unreleased material. I for one am very interested in the Kanye West Executive Produced material where only Goodnight Gotham appeared on ANTI.
