A Houston man is seeking $75,000 in damages after he claimed the ‘Heartbreaker‘ smashed his cell phone after he recorded him drinking from a beer pong.
The lawsuit, filed on Tuesday, suggests the entertainer was embarrassed when he learned the phone had captured footage of him spilling beer all over himself after using the bong.
He is accused of snatching the phone out of its owner’s hands and smashing it to smithereens!
His manager Scooter Braun, who he may now share with the R&B singer Ciara, is yet to respond.
Oh Please!!! recoup the $800, being generous here, for the phone. You’re not getting $75k for a broken cell phone. People really do the most if this story is true. Did he suffer emotional trauma from a broken cell phone? If so he needs mental health counseling at the cost of his own insurance provider.
