Times are a-changing over in the weird and wonderful world of Kanye West.
For, following his silent departure from Roc Nation, the musician/budding fashion superpower has kicked his old talent agency to the curb.
In March 2015, West cut ties with the Creative Artists Agency to team up with United Talent Agents during his run as the executive-producer on Rihanna‘s ‘ANTI’ LP.
Times have changed.
For, as their beef with William Morris Endeavour took a turn for the dramatic following Bruno Mars’ defection, CAA has welcomed him back after he decided to free himself from his contractual ties with UTA.
This move sees him join Beyonce at the company after he watched her move her touring business following her split from ICM in the last year.
West’s new team at CAA comprises managing partner and music head Rob Light, Darryl Eaton, Emma Banks, Marlene Tsuchii and Jenna Adler. He was previously repped at CAA by veteran agent Cara Lewis, who spent 23 years at WME before moving to CAA in 2012.
News of his move arrives after the unveiling of his new LP ‘The Life of Pablo.’
